I Think I fell Off The Face of The Earth...

As I said before I think I fell off the face of the Earth, but I'm back. This has been one crazy year!! I have neglected my blog, but that is about to change. The reason for my lack of updating my blog is because one day last Spring I was bored and stuck in a rut. This went on for a couple of days until a light bulb went off in my head. I decided I wanted to go back to school. I talked to David about and he thought it was fine as long as I could get financial aid for it. I think secretly he thought I would not be able to get any so he said I could. So, the next day I filled out all of my stuff for my readmission in to Texas Tech University, since I was there before, and I waited. I received my acceptance letter, which I had no doubts about getting. I did all my financial aid taken care of...TAA DAAA, I was done. After everything was done, I could not believe how easy it was for me. I always wanted to go back and finish, but stuff seemed to keep happening. The whole reason I stopped going was because I needed to work full-time for a year for money and health insurance. Then I met David and we got married. When I decided the time was right for me to go back I found out I was pregnant. The timing was never right. So I decided the time would eventually come and it may be when Ryan starts school, but I was wrong. After I finished everything I was ready to start school again. I enrolled Ryan in a Parent's Day Out program, which he loves. He needed that socialization. When he gets dropped off he can't say bye fast enough, and when he gets picked up he doesn't want to leave. HE LOVES SCHOOL!! I'm glad too. Well, after all that I survived my 1st semester back at Tech as a non-traditional student!! Just 3 more to go and I will be done!! Then who knows after that...BRING IT ON LIFE, because I know I can handle you!!
